Valentin Karlov


Valentin Karlov - musician. He was born on February 25, 1947 in Chelyabinsk. He graduated from the Special Music School of the St. Petersburg Conservatory. He was awarded the People's Artist of the Russian Federation, the Merited Artist of the RSFSR.
