Valery Kuleshov - economist from Russia. He was born on November 6, 1942 in Novosibirsk. He graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Economic University. He was awarded the Russian government award for science and technology, the Order of Honour, the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" IV class.
