Valery Prokopenko


Valery Prokopenko - rowing coach from Russia. He was born on July 31, 1941 and died on June 2, 2010. He graduated from the Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health. He was awarded the Medal "For Labour Valour", the Medal "For Distinguished Labour", the Honoured Coach of Russia, the Medal "Veteran of Labour", the Order of the Badge of Honour, the Merited Coach of the USSR.
