Valery Zubov - politician and economist from Russia. He was born on May 9, 1953 and died on April 27, 2016 in Moscow. He graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Economic University. He was awarded the Order of Honour, the Order of the Badge of Honour, the Medal "For Distinguished Labour".
