Ventura County Historic Landmarks & Points of Interest


The Ventura County Historic Landmarks & Points of Interest consist of buildings, sites, and neighborhoods designated by Ventura County, California, Cultural Heritage Board as historic landmarks and points of interest.
The County began its landmark program in August 1968 with its designation of two sites: the Faulkner House in Santa Paula; and the Edwards Adobe in Saticoy.
The cities with the greatest concentrations of designated landmarks and points of interest are Santa Paula and Simi Valley, Oxnard, Fillmore, Port Huememe, Ojai, Thousand Oaks, Piru, and Saticoy.
