VersaLogic is a privately held corporation located in Tualatin, Oregon, USA that designs and manufactures board-level products for embedded systems. The company's products are used by OEMs in a wide range of markets including medical, transportation, security, instrumentation, robotics, avionics, and unmanned vehicles.

History

VersaLogic was founded in 1976 in Eugene, Oregon, by Len Crane and Gary Harris. The company consolidated operation in 2010 to the western edge of Eugene into the former headquarters of Obie Media along 11th Avenue. At that time, the privately held VersaLogic had grown to 70 employees. In November 2012, the company announced it would relocate to the Portland metropolitan area where it had opened a research office in 2010 in Tigard. The new headquarters opened in 2013 in Tualatin.

Operations

The company's headquarters are located in Tualatin Oregon within the Portland metropolitan area. VersaLogic is registered to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Products

VersaLogic designs and manufactures embedded computer products in several standards-based form factors including EBX, EPIC, PC/104, SUMIT, and COM Express. In 2012, the company provided computer components for torpedoes to the United States military. VersaLogic components have been used in UAVs.
