Viktor Filippov


Viktor Filippov - scientist from Russia. He was born on January 31, 1909 and died on July 11, 1996. He graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He was awarded the Order of Lenin, the USSR State Prize, the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
