Viktor Mironenko


Viktor Mironenko - scientist from Russia. He was born on June 7, 1953 in Chernihiv. He graduated from the Chernihiv National Pedagogical University named after Taras Shevchenko. He was awarded the Order of Merit (Ukraine), 3rd class, the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
