Viktor Pavlenko


Viktor Pavlenko was a Ukrainian military and political figure.

Biography

Born in Kuban on November 10, 1886, Pavlenko finished the Chuhuiv cadet infantry school in 1909 and the aviation school in Kacha near Sevastopol.
During the World War I as Lieutenant Colonel of Aviation for the Imperial Russian Army, Pavlenko was in charge for air security of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief headquarters in Mogilev.
