Viktor Pertsov


Viktor Pertsov - writer and literary critic from Russian Empire. He was born on June 19, 1898 in Kharkiv and died on February 9, 1980. He graduated from the National University of Kharkiv. He was awarded the USSR State Prize, the Order of the Badge of Honour, the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
