Viktor Shilov


Viktor Shilov - painter. He was born on April 27, 1964 in Gus-Khrustalny. He graduated from the State Academic Institute of Fine Arts Surikov. He was awarded the Medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow", the People's Artist of the Russian Federation.
