Vilhelms Munters
Vilhelms Munters - Latvian politician and diplomat (1898-1967). He was born on July 25, 1898 in Riga and died on January 11, 1967 in Riga. He graduated from the Riga Technical University, the University of Latvia. He was awarded the Order of Lāčplēsis, the Commander of the Order of the Oak Crown, the Legion of Honour, the Cross of Recognition, the Order of the Three Stars, the Order of St. Gregory the Great, the Order of the White Rose of Finland, the Royal Order of the Polar Star.
