Vinay Chandran
Vinay Chandran is a gay rights and human rights activist, a counselor, and a writer based in Bangalore.
Chandran has given a TED Talk on Homosexuality in NIT Trichy. He also runs a free helpline for counseling to LGBTQ individuals called Sahaya Helpline. He has written a book from his experience as a counselor and many articles as well in the areas of Queer and Human rights.Activism
Chandran has been serving as the Director of the Bangalore Queer Film Festival since its inception in 2008.
