Virginia Gray Henry Blakemore
Virginia Gray Henry-Blakemore is an American writer, scholar, filmmaker and editor.Career
She coordinates the interfaith distributing houses Fons Vitae and quinta Essentia. She is also an art historian and scholar of religions who taught at Dalton School, Fordham and Cambridge university.
In 1981 she helped to establish the Islamic Texts Society in Cambridge
and is a founding and board member of the Thomas Merton Center Foundation in which she arranges meetings on works of Thomas Merton.
She has arranged various interfaith gatherings including the Dalai Lama interfaith congress held in 2006 in San Francisco.Filmography
