Visa requirements for Finnish citizens are administrative entry restrictions by the authorities of other states placed on citizens of Finland. As of 5 April 2019, Finnish citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 188 countries and territories, ranking the Finnish passport 4th in terms of travel freedom according to the Henley Passport Index. Additionally, the World Tourism Organization also published a report on 15 January 2016 ranking the Finnish passport 1st in the world in terms of travel freedom, with the mobility index of 160.

Visa requirements for Finnish citizens for visits to various territories, disputed areas, partially recognized countries and restricted zones:
;Europe
Travellers with Artsakh visa or evidence of travel to Artsakh will be permanently denied entry to Azerbaijan.
;Africa
;Asia
;Caribbean and North Atlantic
;Oceania
;South Atlantic and Antarctica
Holders of various categories of official Finnish passports have additional visa-free access to the following countries - Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Russia. Holders of diplomatic or service passports of any country have visa-free access to Cape Verde, Ethiopia, Mali and Zimbabwe.

Right to consular protection in non-EU countries

When in a non-EU country where there is no Finnish embassy, Finnish citizens as EU citizens have the right to get consular protection from the embassy of any other EU country present in that country.
Further, according to the Helsinki treaty, public officials in the foreign services of any of the Nordic countries are to assist citizens of another Nordic country if that country is not represented in the territory concerned.
