Vladimir Artyakov - economist from Russia. He was born on July 30, 1959 in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow State Open University. He was awarded the Russian government award for science and technology, the Order of Friendship, the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" IV class, the Medal "For Strengthening of Brotherhood in Arms".
