Vladimir Barabanov


Vladimir Barabanov - politician. He was born on August 1, 1951 in Navlinsky District. He graduated from the Russian State Agrarian Extramural University. He was awarded the Medal "For Transforming the Non-Black Earth of the RSFSR", the Order of the Badge of Honour.
