Vladimir Pekar - film director and animator (1927-1990). He was born on February 7, 1927 in Odessa and died on May 27, 1990 in Moscow. He was awarded the Honored art worker of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, the Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.
