Vladimir Shcherban


Vladimir Shcherban - painter. He was born on December 7, 1919 in Lubny and died in 2005. He was awarded the Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", the Order of the Patriotic War 1st class, the Order of the Red Star.
