Vladimir Tikhomirov
Vladimir Tikhomirov - Soviet geologist and historian of science. He was born on October 12, 1915 in Saint Petersburg and died on January 13, 1994 in Moscow. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industrial University.
