Vladimir Tsybulko
Vladimir Tsybulko - politician from Soviet Union. He was born on September 19, 1924 in Rovenky and died on April 14, 1987 in Moscow. He graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War 1st class, the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class, the Order of Kutuzov, 2nd class, the Order of the October Revolution, the Order of the Badge of Honour, the Order of the Red Star, the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
