Włodzimierz Reczek - jurist and politician from Poland. He was born on January 1, 1911 in Kraków and died on January 1, 2004 in Katowice. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University. He was awarded the Order of the White Eagle, the Order of the Cross of Grunwald, 3rd class.
