WAGC-LD

WAGC-LD is a low-power digital television station serving the metro Atlanta area. Originally W42AO and then WAGC-LP in Athens, Georgia, its digital replacement is now located at the North Druid Hills tower site, with Atlanta as its city of license. The station transmits on 14, the lowest UHF TV channel, but displays its virtual channel as 50.1 and 50.2, its last analog TV channel after changing from its original 42. The station was most recently known to air "Broadcast News Network", repeating infomercials in a news-report format.
Channel 14 also has a long-standing application for a WSB-TV broadcast translator Rome, Georgia, the city of license for WPXA-TV, which used 14 until the forced analog shutdown in 2009 pushed it to 51.
