It operates a full-time satellite, WTMQ-LD, which is licensed to Jacksonville, North Carolina, also serving the Greenville/New Bern/Washington market.
The station is owned by Tutt Media Group, and are affiliates of the Heartland network. WTMH-LD transmits from a tower located in Craven County near New Bern.
WTMH-LD also broadcast on two translators.
