Wenlock District Hospital


Wenlock District Hospital is a hospital in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. Established in 1848, it was acquired by the Madras government in 1891 and named after the then governor, Beilby Lawley, 3rd Baron Wenlock. It contains 1000 beds.
It is used as a teaching hospital by Kasturba Medical College. Wenlock hospital is converted into a dedicated Covid-19 treatment hospital on 26 March 2020 by the Karnataka government.
