Westwood is a neighborhood in Seattle, Washington US. Seattle is in King County Within Seattle, Westwood is located near White Center, in the southwestern part of the city. It is known for its International Baccalaureate High School, Chief Sealth High.

The area is so named because of the huge copses of Elm and Maple trees in the area
The neighborhood is bounded by Roxhill and Arbor Heights to the south, Highpoint to the north, Delridge to the east and 35th ave to the west

Landmarks include the Southwest Pool and Sports Complex, Westwood Village and Chief Sealth High School international School.
In 2010 Chief Sealth High School and Denny Middle school were designated as an "International" high and middle schools. The high schooli curriculum includes a multi-cultural education and languages. Chief Sealth International High School is an accredited International Baccalaureate school,
