Yefrem Mukhin - physician and surgeon from Russian Empire. He was born on January 28, 1766 in Zarozhne and died on January 31, 1850. He was awarded the Order of St. Vladimir, 3rd class, the Order of St. Vladimir, 4th class, the Order of Saint Anna, 2nd class.
