Yelena Tsyplakova - actor and director from Russia. She was born on November 13, 1958 in Saint Petersburg. She graduated from the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts. She was awarded the People's Artist of the Russian Federation, the Merited Artist of the Russian Federation.
