Zakrzówek, Lublin Voivodeship


Zakrzówek is a village in Kraśnik County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Zakrzówek. It lies approximately east of Kraśnik and south of the regional capital Lublin.

History

Zakrzówek was built before XIII century. The village was a fief of the Cistercians. In XVI century a local church was built. In XVII century a parish of St. Nicholas was established. The wooden church, built in 1793, burned down in 1848. A new, brich church was built. It still exist today.
