The 2004 Boston Marathon was the 108th running of the annual marathon race in Boston, United States and was held on April 19. The elite men's race was won by Kenya's Timothy Cherigat in a time of 2:11:45 hours and the women's race was won in 2:24:27 by Catherine Ndereba, also of Kenya.Results
