Aleksandr Kobelev
Aleksandr Kobelev - military personnel and combat engineer from Russian Empire. He was born on August 2, 1838 and died on October 16, 1897. He graduated from the First Cadet Corps. He was awarded the Order of the White Eagle, the Order of Saint Anna, 2nd class, the Order of Saint Stanislaus, 1st class, the Order of Saint Stanislaus, 3rd class, the Order of Saint Anna, 1st class, the Order of St. Vladimir, 2nd class, the Order of St. Vladimir, 4th class.
