Diego Cordovez Zegers - lawyer and diplomat from Ecuador. He was born on November 3, 1935 and died on May 24, 2014. He graduated from the University of Chile. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of the Sun of Peru‎, the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic.
