The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis Memphis Branch is a branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis established in 1918. The branch is responsible for western Tennessee, eastern Arkansas and northern Mississippi.
The branch is located on Main Street in downtown Memphis, Tennessee.

Memphis Branch Regional Executive

The St. Louis Fed’s Memphis branch is led by Regional Executive Douglas Scarboro, who currently serves on the following boards in Memphis: the Better Business Bureau, Economic Club of Memphis, Greater Memphis Chamber, Barret School of Banking, Start Co., Church Health and LeBonheur Hospital National Leadership Council. He has completed the Leadership Development Intensive and Fellows programs at the New Memphis Institute, the Executive program at Leadership Memphis and named to the Top 40 Under 40 list by the Memphis Business Journal.
