Francisco Vázquez Vázquez - trade unionist and lawyer from Spain. He was born on April 9, 1946 in A Coruña. He was awarded the Premio Prismas, the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit, the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic, the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
