Fred Mwesigye


Rtd Col. Fred Mwesigye is a Ugandan politician, legislator, and former member of the army. He is the Mp Nyabushozi County, Kiruhura District, former commander UPDF. He was among the 27 liberators in 1981 Ugandan Bush War.
