José Loreto Arismendi - civil servant from Venezuela. He was born on April 10, 1898 in Caracas and died on December 20, 1979 in Caracas. He was awarded the Grand Cross 1st class of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
