José Manuel González Valcárcel - architect from Spain. He was born on January 28, 1913 in Madrid and died on January 19, 1992 in Madrid. He graduated from the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Madrid. He was awarded the Gold Medal of Merit in the Fine Arts (Spain), the Civil Order of Alfonso X, the Wise, the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
