Michel Mousel


Michel Mousel - French official and political activist. He was born on March 11, 1940 in Colombes and died on June 25, 2020 in Suresnes. He graduated from the École nationale d'administration. He was awarded the Officer of the National Order of Merit, the Knight of the Legion of Honour.
