Mihnea Constantinescu


Mihnea Constantinescu - diplomat from Romania. He was born on December 13, 1961 in Romania and died on November 18, 2018 in Nice. He graduated from the Politehnica University of Bucharest. He was awarded the Legion of Honour, the Commander of the Order of the Crown of Romania, the Decoration of the Cross of the Royal House of Romania.
