Stepan Kostychev - person from Soviet Union. He was born on December 31, 1915 in Bessonovka, Bessonovsky District, Penza Oblast and died on October 21, 1943 in Lojeŭ District. He was awarded the Order of Lenin, the Hero of the Soviet Union.
