The Jewish Post


The Jewish Post and Opinion is an English Jewish publication, published in Indianapolis, Indiana. Founded and funded by Gabriel Murrel Cohen's Spokesman & Co. on March 10, 1930 in Louisville, Kentucky as The Jewish Post before it moved to its present city in 1933. It was renamed The National Jewish Post on August 2, 1944. Later on it obtained its current name. Currently, two editions of The Jewish Post and Opinion exist — Indiana, published monthly, and National, published bi-monthly. Today it is managed by Jennie Cohen, the daughter of Gabriel Cohen.

Missouri

The Missouri Jewish Post edition ran from 1948 to 1992.

New York

The Jewish Post of New York traces its origins as an independent publication to 1974 when the New York City edition became a separate publication, which has since evolved into the current Jewish Post.
