Vsevolod Burtsev


Vsevolod Burtsev - computer scientist from Russia. He was born on February 11, 1927 in Moscow and died on June 14, 2005 in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He was awarded the Lenin Prize, the Order of the October Revolution, the Order of Lenin, the USSR State Prize, the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
