Waman Bapuji Metre
Waman Bapuji Metre, sometimes referred to in the Indian oil industry as Dada , was an Indian petroleum geologist. For his "significant contribution to the growth of the oil industry in the country", he was awarded India's third-highest civilian award, the Padma Bhushan, in 1968.
