Miguel Vizcaíno Márquez - jurist and lawyer from Spain. He was born on October 1, 1913 in Ohanes and died on May 29, 2014. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic, the Grand Cross of the Order of St. Raymond of Peñafort, the Grand Cross of the Order of Cisneros, the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit, the Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise.
